To obtain a medicine as part of the doctor initiated request, we need the following information:
- A valid renewable physician prescription.
- A written signed statement that the medication is "For Personal Use Only". This statement is required for Customs clearing. It can be written and signed by the physician, patient or caretaker. A copy of a photo ID (driver's license, passport etc.) is also recommended to ease Customs clearing.
- Payment can be made with a personal check -made payable to "October Health Inc"-, a bank Money Order or with Master Card/VISA/AMEX credit card (please include the expiration date). Cheques for orders over $300.00 must be made certified by your financial institution.

Orders are shipped within 72 hours of the receipt of the documentation. Delivery is approximately 10 to 12 business days for Domperidone and Parsitan.
Other specialty medicines may take up to 21 days for delivery. Your patience is greatly appreciated as Customs Clearing can delay deliveries!
No overnight delivery is possible for medicines. Xpress/Priority USPS 6-7 business days delivery is available for $19.95 for our more popular items for the United States. Postal insurance fees are also added to many orders.
